I found Jason online via cross-referenced queries on Nextdoor, Google and Google Maps. He was able to come out the next day and determine the problem..... and it didn't require replacement parts. Some people would completely take advantage of this situation, but he did not. He taught me about the issue I had and gave me the instruction to fix it if it happened again. It's tough to trust people these days, but with his visit, I will not hesitate to have him come back if I had a problem with my gas fireplace again.
