Each visit covers the full system for that season. Nothing skipped to keep the appointment short.

Heating Tune-Up (Fall)

We check furnace operation and safety features, inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or damage, clean and check burners for efficiency, adjust gas pressure if needed, test safety switches, and inspect the air filter and exhaust pipe. If you have a whole-home humidifier, we replace the water panel and test the humidistat.

Cooling Tune-Up (Spring)

We check AC operation and safety features, inspect the evaporator coil and condensate drain, check refrigerant level, inspect electrical connections, clean the condenser fan, and test the blower motor. We also inspect the air filter and note anything that could cause trouble before the first hot stretch of the summer.

Air Exchanger and Ventilation

We clean pre-filters and the core, check drain lines and exterior vents, and verify airflow is moving the way it should. Skipping this step is how indoor air quality quietly degrades over a Minnesota winter without anyone noticing.
