The $250 after-hours service fee applies on weekends, holidays, and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. We say that clearly before anyone commits to a visit, because nobody should discover a fee on an invoice they weren't expecting. Regular business hours run Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside that window, the after-hours rate applies. What you get for that fee is a real diagnosis and, whenever it's safely possible, a same-visit repair — not a scheduled appointment for next week. If the fix needs a part we don't carry on the truck, we'll tell you that on the spot, walk you through what it means for your home overnight, and get you to the safest option available until the part is in.

We don't promise a specific window on emergency calls because we won't tell you 45 minutes and show up in two hours. What we will do is give you an honest estimate when you call and update you if anything changes. Scheduled furnace repair visits include a confirmed 2-hour arrival window.
Does the after-hours technician have parts on the truck for common emergency repairs? +
Yes. We stock common failure parts including hot surface ignitors, flame sensors, capacitors, contactors, limit switches, and control boards for the most common equipment brands we service. Not every repair can be completed same-night if it requires a specialty part, but most straightforward breakdowns get resolved on the first visit.
