Full Time's residential maintenance program is built around three things: a reminder when your system is due for service, 15% savings on repairs, and priority scheduling when something comes up. There's no membership fee and no automatic payment tied to it. You can join the program and still pay for each visit individually, the way you always have. Joining doesn't book anything by itself. It just puts you on the list for seasonal reminders and activates the discount.

Joining is simple: tell your technician you'd like to join at your next appointment, or call or text (952) 847-3387 and ask to be enrolled. The 15% discount applies to that same first visit, not a future one.
Once you're in the program, we send a reminder in spring to schedule your AC tune-up and again in fall to schedule your furnace tune-up. If you haven't booked, we may follow up again by email, text, or postcard. It isn't a fixed count of messages; we're just trying to reach you before the season gets busy.
To keep your discount active, you'll need to complete one furnace tune-up and one AC tune-up each calendar year. If a year goes by without both, the active discount doesn't carry over. You're welcome to rejoin and pick back up whenever you're ready. Joining the program doesn't automatically put an appointment on the calendar; you still schedule each visit the way you normally would.

New equipment purchases and installation labor aren't part of the discount; it's built around keeping your existing system running and covering repairs, not offsetting a new install.

Humidifier, air exchanger, and zone system maintenance are separately charged services, not included free in a furnace or AC tune-up. Gas fireplace service is also charged separately. All of the above receive the 15% program discount. Any additional repair found during a visit is explained and quoted before work begins, with the discount applied.

Most system failures aren't random; they're the end result of something small that went unaddressed for a season or two. A dirty filter restricting airflow, a loose electrical connection working its way toward failure, a condensate drain slowly clogging until it backs up. None of these are expensive to catch early, and none of them are guaranteed to stay cheap once they've been ignored through a cold snap or a heatwave. Annual maintenance doesn't predict every failure, but it closes off the common, preventable ones. ENERGY STAR publishes its own heating and cooling maintenance checklist covering many of the same basics we check on every visit. This program is for residential customers; commercial maintenance runs on a separate agreement. Our technicians are NATE-certified and EPA Section 608 certified.
