Who Actually Installs Your Furnace?
Sometimes owner Jason installs the furnace himself. Most Full Time furnace installations, though, are completed by a regular two-person installation crew that Jason knows well and works with repeatedly. That crew completes roughly 35 to 45 installations a year for Full Time, rather than Full Time pulling from a different crew every time. There's a practical reason for the setup: Jason prefers spending most of his working time diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, and using a dedicated installation crew lets Full Time keep taking repair calls while experienced installers handle most replacement projects. The installation isn't handed off to another company and forgotten about, though. Full Time stays responsible for the project, the equipment, and the customer after installation is complete.

What to Expect During a Furnace Installation
On installation day, equipment typically arrives around 7:00 to 7:30 AM, with the installation crew arriving around the same time. A straightforward furnace-only replacement typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, though the exact time depends on the existing furnace, venting, ductwork, and anything unusual about the home. When the installation is finished, Jason comes back to inspect the completed work himself. Depending on scheduling, that may be later that day or the following day. He checks that the installation meets Full Time's standards, answers any questions you have, and makes sure the system is operating properly. Payment is collected after that final walkthrough.

The Price We Quote Is the Price You Pay
When Full Time provides a furnace installation quote, the normal costs required to complete the installation, including the furnace permit, are included. If you change the project after accepting the quote, such as selecting different equipment or adding another accessory, the price can change. But if Full Time simply overlooked something while preparing the estimate, that doesn't become an extra charge to you.

What Warranty Comes With a New Furnace?
For qualifying AirQuest equipment, several layers of coverage apply. AirQuest's manufacturer parts warranty runs 10 years when the equipment is registered on time; without timely registration, the standard period is generally five years, subject to the specific warranty and state rules. Certain AirQuest models also include No Hassle Replacement limited warranty coverage: if a covered major component such as the heat exchanger fails during the applicable period, the program can provide a replacement unit rather than just replacing that part, and coverage length depends on the model. As an AirQuest Elite Dealer, Full Time can add two additional years of No Hassle Replacement limited warranty coverage on qualifying products. On top of the manufacturer coverage, Full Time covers installation workmanship for the first year, and if an eligible furnace part fails during the first two years, Full Time covers the labor on that covered repair.

Installed During Warm Weather? We Come Back.
A furnace installed during warm weather can't always be tested under the same conditions it'll face during a Minnesota winter.
